Frat App collects personal information when you contract with us to use or purchase our services. When you contract with us for a particular service, we will ask you to provide us with your name, and email address.

If we have a data breach, you will be informed within 72 hours.
You will be given the option to link third party accounts, such as Instagram, to your personal profile. Photos, videos and other details from such third party accounts will be stored on our servers to enable us to provide the services to you.
EMAILS
We will occasionally send e-mails to you. This is required for certain uses of the Website such as user registration and use of the Website. We may also send information to you regarding your account activity and purchases as well as updates about our products and promotional offers. You may elect to opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time after registering by e-mailing info@TheFratApp.com and including your name, address, email address, and what emails you do not want to receive.
CHILDREN
Frat App does not design any part of its website to attract anyone under age 18.
Frat App will not knowingly contact children under age 18 without a parent's permission. Frat App does not knowingly ask a child under age 18 for any personal information.
